The display is continuously being upgraded to include new features and additional interactive modules.
Recently Completed Projects
Interactive controls are now available on the main display to allow visitors the opportunity to get the Church Bells to ring and also to sound the Postal Buses unique horn.
Current Projects
A panoramic mural all around the walls of the display showing the scenery of the general area in Switzerland is nearing completion.
A rack railway of the BOB (Bernerer Oberland Bahn) is under construction. The track has been laid, the catenary is now ready. Still some minor difficulties though. Almost ready!!
Future Projects under Preparation
An additional rack railway representing the WAB (Wengen Alp Bahn) will be installed to link the villages of “Grindelwald” with “Wengen” located on an escarpment above the valley below.
Further work is required near “Spiez” station to include the kiosk and car park in that area.
A number of buildings in the town area of “Spiez” are still in need of work to bring them up to our high standards.
Lots of ideas yet to come!
And of course now also the Gardens -
Lots of projects here - more fairy themes, new courtyard, fountains and wells to be built,
